Welcome to Wing Chun kung fu. Wing Chun is a principle-based martial art that applies simplicity and effeciency to combat. Around 300 years old, Wing Chun is named after one of its first students (a female), Yim Wing Chun.
The concept of "principle-based" allows the system to conform to the practitioner rather than the practitioner conforming to the system. This principle-based practice is what makes the system truly an art.
